Someone I shared so much with has passed away.

Someone who will always text me little comforting messages has gone without a farewell.  Life is no longer taken for granted.

I will never forget that Tuesday when instead of expecting to hear my brother`s messages, that he was getting better I instead had a slap on my face, Darkness came.

Prof, Bros, My Brother, Peter,

We did not use to see each other on a regular basis but each time we met, we talked and talked for hours unending.

We shared a lot; You gave me courage whenever I was about to breakdown. You were the brother God gave me.

Peter, you engineered my recognition.  I learnt the power of giving from you.  I learnt from you that “music heals”.

“If out of all mankind one finds a single friend, he has found something more precious than any treasure”.

It was joy unlimited when you were born.  It is joy unlimited as you go to meet the one you loved and served diligently.

The job is over; The laborer goes home; The Lord is His Shepherd.

`Auntie` Becky Effoe.

TRIBUTE TO A FALLEN HERO

(Professor Ndumbe Peter)

My dear brother as you always called me Sister, but Tuesday, 14th May 2013 that cordial relationship suddenly ceased. Where are you to address me again with such love and affection? I could not control my tears at that fatal news of your demise. We thank the Lord for the fantastic family relationship you showed every one of us. He is the giver and taker and his decision is always final. We give him glory. One fact that puzzled me when I got the news was the serious responsibility you left behind. Mami Fanny and Papa Martin Kepe were left embarrassed because you did not tell them goodbye. But I know with that faith you had that you will come back and meet them, met with God’s decision of no return. Brother, you were a strong soldier of Christ and as such you will intercede for us all. Your humility, kindness and love for humanity have awarded you a new heavenly name ‘Professor in the Kingdom of God.’ So continue your services to God in heaven and always remember that we love and cherished you so much, but God loves you most. I believe we shall meet one day at Jesus feet where you will be the one to direct our footsteps to heaven. Rest in perfect peace. Adieu my brother.

Mrs. Sally N. Vega
